How many people can stay?
Up to 15 guests across five bedrooms. There's a minimum booking of 6 people, since the whole farm is reserved exclusively for your group.
Is the whole property private?
Yes. We only host one group at a time, so the farmhouse, plunge pool, riverfront and all 11 acres are yours for the duration of your stay.
Are meals included?
Yes — rates are all-inclusive of home-cooked farm meals, with a veg or non-veg menu available. Let us know your preferences when you book.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
We're generally flexible — tell us your plans and we'll do our best to work around them. Self check-in with our on-site caretaker keeps arrivals easy at any hour.
Is there Wi-Fi and mobile network?
There's no fixed Wi-Fi, but mobile data is strong enough to stream and work from the farm. Airtel gives 50+ Mbps outdoors and 20+ Mbps indoors, and Jio runs at 15–20 Mbps — plenty of guests happily "work from farm."
Can we bring pets?
Absolutely — we're pet friendly. A pet fee of ₹1,000 per pet, per night applies (maximum 3 pets).
Do you host events or day picnics?
Yes. For events, groups larger than 15, or daytime picnics, message us on WhatsApp and we'll put together a quote for you.
